2Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address/device are not permitted.
• Sharing account credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

11k apk may request documents for age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension.

3Bonus & Promotion Terms

11k apk regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following rules apply to the use of these bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes eligible for withdrawal only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is generally not permitted.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — any bonus not used within the specified time will expire.
• 11k apk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

4Deposit Guidelines

Deposits on 11k apk can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or e-wallet. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

5Withdrawal Guidelines

The following conditions must be met to withdraw earned rewards:

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will be held if the wagering requirements on bonus winnings have not been met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and daily maximum limit are stated on the deposit page.

6General Game & Betting Rules

8Account Closure & Suspension Policy

11k apk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Creating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• If evidence of hacking, manipulation, or fraud is found.
• If the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Upon permanent closure, your verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded; however, 11k apk reserves the right to hold the balance while an investigation is in progress.

9Privacy & Data Protection

10Dispute Resolution Process

11Right to Amend Terms

11k apk reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Please review this page from time to time.
